macOS
In the upper-left corner, under Keychains, click login.
If the keychain is locked, click the icon to unlock it.
If the keychain is unlocked, click the icon once to lock it and then again to unlock it.
If you are prompted, enter your password to lock or unlock the key.

In the Windows Run dialog, type certmgr.msc and press Enter.
In the Certificate Manager, select and delete all certificates starting with Adobe Intermediate CA and Adobe Content.

Open Keychain Access (Finder > Go > Utilities > KeyChain Access).
In the left pane, click login under Keychains and Certificates under Category.
Remove all certificates starting with Adobe Intermediate CA and Adobe Content.
